Regardless of your fitness level, JAB is the workout for you.

  • We use Bhangra to help improve your all-around fitness: cardiovascular, conditioning and strength 

  • Using HIIT training we target core muscle groups: deltoids, pectorals, latissimus dorsi, abdominals, hamstrings, adductors, quadriceps, calf muscles)

  • And we do it in a fun way, so you leave each class feeling like you’ve exercised, but you’ve also had fun.
